How can Lady Emily Olive Oil Products help my oily skin?  Treating oily skin with conventional drying agents causes the sebaceous glands to produce more oil and even acne!   Products like our Olive Oil Facial Cream and Olive Oil Soap have the ability to penetrate the skin and regulate the sebaceous glands.

Are all Lady Emily products organic?  We are striving to become 100% organic, but some are not. We are adding more organic products all the time and phasing out those that are not.

Lady Emily only allows ingredients in our formulas that meet our stringent selection criteria. Part of this criteria dictates that the ingredient manufacturer's must show a genuine dedication to use certified organic ingredients wherever possible.

Why should I buy Organic as much as possible?  Because organic products have tremendous benefits both to our health, and our environment. Organic products are free of toxic chemicals (like synthetic pesticides, herbicides and fertilizers) thus it is healthier for us and our environment at large.

What are Iron Oxides?  Iron Oxides are inorganic colors derived from mineral compounds providing clear, brilliant, and consistently stable coloration. Iron Oxide was likely one of the first cosmetic colorings used thousands of years ago.

Do your products contain any animal by-products?  Although we are against animal testing, some of our products contain animal by-products that are humanely obtained, such as beeswax, honey, and lanolin.
